I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure
I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure because my amazing Gran was taken from us by dementia. My Gran was genuinely the best, she was so involved in all her granchildrens lives giving us memories that will stay with me forever. She had the kindest soul and lit up every room. I love her more than she could have ever known.
To watch her go through what she did and not hearing her voice for the last 4 years of her life was tough. It took so much from her but it could never take her family from her.
We now want to raise money to help Me, you and anyone else who might get this in the future. It can come to any of us and its a death sentence. Let's help find a cure! We are doing it in the name of the absolute legend that is our Gran, Jean McLeod xx
