Home Instead Wetherby, North Leeds & Horsforth are taking part in Walk For A Cure because we want to raise awareness and help beat dementia!
We continuously work towards building a dementia friendly community and are passionate about this cause.
Everyday we support people living with dementia and their families to help them navigate their lives as it adapts and changes. We understand the struggles that come with a dementia diagnosis and want to do everything we can to help!
