Wednesday 13th MayI’m taking part in a dementia walk this year in support of those living with conditions like Alzheimer’s disease, after seeing firsthand how it affects someone you love. My grandmother was always the heart of our family—full of stories, laughter, and warmth but over time, dementia slowly took those moments away. Watching her forget our names and lose her independence was incredibly difficult. I’m walking to help fund research and support families going through the same experience.
