I live with my beloved Nan suffering this awful illness. I just want to do my part on trying to raise some money to help for the future cures.

Tuesday 10th Feb My nan suffers with Alzheimers and Vascular dementia and i want to do my part to help raise money. I see my nan living with these awful illnesses and it breaks my heart.
