I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure
My wee gran was one of the most independent people I knew, still doing her own shopping and going on days out herself well into her 80s. Then she started forgetting things. A fall and a broken hip later, and she rapidly declined, within a year and half she passed away, not even knowing her own name in the end. This a cruel disease and a cure would amazing!
So far, Leeanne has helped fund 6 hours of essential lab time for our amazing scientists.
