Who I’m walking for

Tuesday 5th May
My Grandma and Grandad are both living with vascular dementia. It’s been a tough and emotional journey, making sure they’re cared for and supported as the disease progresses. We’re walking to raise awareness and hope for a future where there is a cure—so other families don’t have to experience the heartbreak of watching someone they love fade away.
