I’ve officially set myself two big challenges: I’m currently working through the Couch to 5K program, and I’m aiming to complete my first 5K run at Roundhay Park in support of Alzheimer’s Society!
​Starting from the couch can be daunting, but knowing that every step I take—and every pound I raise—is going toward supporting families affected by dementia and funding vital research is all the motivation I need.
​My goal is to raise £150. By sponsoring my training journey, you are helping the Alzheimer’s Society provide crucial support and hope to those who need it most.
​I’ll be posting updates here as I progress from those first running intervals to the big day at Roundhay Park. Thank you so much for your support—it’s going to keep me going during those tough runs!
