💜 Team Conchi — Walking for Memories 💜

Ana and I have teamed up as Team Conchi to raise money in memory of two people who meant the world to us — Ana’s aunt, Conchi, and my dad. Both lived with dementia, and both left behind love, strength, and stories we’ll never forget.

Dementia is a cruel illness. It slowly takes away the person you know, one memory at a time. But with more research, better support, and early intervention, we can give people living with dementia — and their families — more time, more dignity, and more hope.

We’re walking for Conchi, for my dad, and for everyone touched by Alzheimer’s and dementia. Every step, every pound raised, helps fund life-changing work.
