I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure because I want to help end the devastation of dementia..
On a daily basis I work with people living with dementia , I see the struggles of families affected by dementia. After the loss of a true legend. I feel proud to participate in this event.
Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity, dedicated to finding a cure.
Research is our only chance of stopping dementia in its tracks and offering hope to the many families affected.

Saturday 2nd May I am doing this walk to support the many people I have worked with and lost over the last year or so. I have seen the everyday struggles and challenges family’s and people living with dementia face and I want to help make a difference no matter how small.
