My grandad is my hero , throughout my life he has always loved and supported me in everything I do , constantly selfless in every way .Ā 
This horrendous illness has taken this person away from me and my wonderful family that he loves dearly .Ā 
Even though he is still with us we are having to navigate a new life and relationship and each day just hoping he might still know who we are but one thing I can say is this illness can not take are love and bond a away from are family so we are always winners of the battle .Ā 
He was always hard working and never asked for anything from anyone and now I want to help towards funding for a cure to help the familys and people that have to go through loosing themselves and us loosing them .Ā 
Any amount you can give would be so appreciated and if youā€™re not in a position to give thatā€™s totally ok and I fully understand Ā :)
