Who im walking for ā¤ļø
Wednesday 25th MarI am walking for my nana and grandad who both have Ā Alzheimerās. I want to try and make a difference having seen firsthand the impact of this cruel disease is having on my family. I want to do my Ā part to support not just my family but to support other families living with Alzheimerās/Dementia and to help fund crucial research.
