Walk for a good cause
I’m taking part in this walk in support of my best friend and her family as her grandma suffers with this horrendous disease.
It may not be the biggest walk or a massive milestone achievement but it’s a start and a good cause to raise awareness for.
Any donation, no matter how small, will help fund dementia research and means a lot to not just my best friend’s family but every single person who suffers.
