We have taken part in Walk For A Cure around Harewood house grounds

We have taken part in a 5K Walk For A Cure because I want to help end the devastation of dementia on Sunday 18th May 2025 at 11am 

Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity, dedicated to finding a cure.

Research is our only chance of stopping dementia in its tracks and offering hope to the many families affected. 

Your donation will fuel cutting-edge research that could uncover new life-changing treatments, bringing us closer to a cure.

Sunday 18th May
So today 18th May 2025 myself and my daughter successfully completed the Walk for a cure 5k. It was not an easy task as I was pushing my daughter in her pushchair for 5k (3.1mile) uphills,in woodlands on stone and tarmac. Was not well thought out on my part 🤣.... But we did it. Not only did we do it under an hour (57mins and 38seconds) i ran across the finsh line with my daughter who's face was a picture 🥰...... i have uploaded pictures below. Please feel free to continue to donate if you can as this page will still be available for another 4 weeks.
