I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure
I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure because I want to help end the devastation of dementia.
Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity, dedicated to finding a cure.
Research is our only chance of stopping dementia in its tracks and offering hope to the many families affected.
Your donation will fuel cutting-edge research that could uncover new life-changing treatments, bringing us closer to a cure.
Thank you for your support.
So far, Liz has helped fund 11 hours of essential lab time for our amazing scientists.

Christine's Crew
Saturday 13th JunIn March this year, we lost our beloved mum to this devastating disease. Our hearts are broken, and life will never be the same without her. Not a minute goes by that we don’t feel the immense loss of such a wonderful wife, mum, nanny and friend.
As a family, we are taking part in Walk For A Cure at Alexandra Palace in loving memory of Mum and to honour her life. We want to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK in the hope that one day other families will not have to experience the heartbreak that dementia brings.
Watching someone you love disappear bit by bit is one of the hardest things a family can endure. If by taking part in this walk and raising funds we can help support vital research, bring hope for future generations, and contribute towards finding a cure, then every step will be worthwhile.
We will walk with Mum in our hearts, remembering her with love, pride and gratitude. Thank you to everyone who supports us, donates, and helps us make a difference in her memory.
