22km Hike for Alzheimer's

My sister and I are taking part in a 22km Hike for Alzheimer's because we want to help end the devastation of dementia.

Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity, dedicated to finding a cure.

Research is our only chance of stopping dementia in its tracks and offering hope to the many families affected.

I sadly lost my beautiful Nan in February 2026 to dementia. The light she brought before dementia changed things, she was the heart of the family, full of warmth, wisdom and comfort.
