I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure
I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure because I want to help end the devastation of dementia.
Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity, dedicated to finding a cure.
Research is our only chance of stopping dementia in its tracks and offering hope to the many families affected.
Your donation will fuel cutting-edge research that could uncover new life-changing treatments, bringing us closer to a cure.
Thank you for your support.
So far, Jhara has helped fund 10 hours of essential lab time for our amazing scientists.

5k for mum 🩵
Wednesday 22nd AprHi everyone,
I’ve signed up to take part in a 5K walk in London with Alzheimer’s Research UK.
I’m doing this for my mum, who is living with dementia.
Dementia isn’t just about forgetting things. It’s watching someone you love slowly change, lose parts of themselves, and struggle with everyday life. It affects the whole family, and it’s incredibly hard to see.
Caring for our parents and being there for them is something very close to my heart. I’m doing this as a small way to support my mum and raise awareness for others going through the same journey. May Allah grant ease to all those affected and reward every effort made 🤍
If you’re able to support me or donate, I would truly appreciate it.
Thank you so much for your support.
