I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure because I want to help end the devastation of dementia. Losing my Grandad and Anayas great grandad to this awful disease was so hard on our family.

Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity, dedicated to finding a cure.

Research is our only chance of stopping dementia in its tracks and offering hope to the many families affected.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for finding our sponsorship page. 
On Christmas Day 2024, my grandad (Anayas great grandad) passed from dementia and bronchopneumonia following a fall. This cruel disease took my grandad for a few years before his death and we want to support this charity in searching for a cure so other families dont have to go through what we did.
