Registration
Registration is now open for Poole Park! Be a part of something special and secure your place for free today.
Aim to raise £150 or more and make a vital difference in helping us find a cure for dementia for all future generations.
Route
This stunning 5km loop takes you through Poole Park's parkland areas, past a saltwater lagoon and beautiful boating lakes as well as the adjacent Baiter Park and along the Poole Habour trail with panormaic views across the harbour. All before you the finish line to claim your well-deserved medal.
Accessibility
The fully signposted route is mostly on hardstanding path with a smaller section on grass. The route is accessible for both wheelchairs and pushchairs with assistance. Please note this route passes by large bodies of water which may be unsuitable for some participants.
There will be volunteer marshals along the route to support you if needed.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome but must remain on a lead at all times.
Facilities
There are event toilets available next to the event village (including accessible loos).
Food and drink will be available to purchase within the event village and you are welcome to bring your own refreshments
How to get here
Poole Railway Station is approximately one mile from Poole Park (typically a 20 minute walk). The park is also serviced by multiple bus lines.
There is parking available within both Poole Park and the adjacent Baiter Park. There are also plenty of carparks within Poole itself. Please note that the small Copse carpark adjacent to the start will be used for Event Organisers.

I couldn’t recommend this walk enough for families young and old! We chatted, played with the kids and enjoyed being out in the fresh air for a change. It’s one of the easiest ways to give back to yourself, your mental health and your physical wellbeing.
