Tuesday 28th AprI’ve spent the last 5 years working as a carer, supporting people living with Alzheimer’s and seeing firsthand how much it affects individuals and families.
I’m taking part in a walk to raise money and awareness, so we can help fund support, research, and hopefully one day a cure.
