I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure because I want to help end the devastation of dementia.

Last year I lost my lovely aunt Jenny to Alzheimer's and my wonderful mum, Wendy is currently living with vascular dementia. She doesn't really know me anymore. I don't want others to exprience these horrible, cruel diseases.

Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity, dedicated to finding a cure.

Research is our only chance of stopping dementia in its tracks and offering hope to the many families affected.
