I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure
Hi my name is Chloe, I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure for Alzheimer’s disease. My Nan Pauline has suffered from this disease since 2020, she is one of the brightest people you will ever meet! Always looking out for you even with this disease🥰.i have lost a big part of my Nan due to Alzheimer’s! Nothing can change her disease now however I want to help to heal others and heal my heart knowing my Nan has Alzheimer’s. She is 82 years old but yet still so happy! I want to spread awareness and raise as much money as I can! To help find a cure!!
