I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure
For those who know me, this is a something that is very personal.
Hard to watch people you love struggle to live with this day to day whether it’s because they are suffering from dementia or living with someone who has dementia or supporting from afar.
So Carys and I are taking part in Walk For A Cure because we want to help end the devastation of dementia.
Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity.
Research is our only chance of stopping dementia in its tracks and offering hope to the many families affected.
