Each year my two amazing girls and I sit together and decide what we plan to do, to make the year awesome for us but also to help others! 
We all love our fitness and want to help raise money to make a difference as well as raise awareness!! 
I know for most money is tight, and times can be hard but equally life is too short not to help others!
