I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure
I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure because I want to help end the devastation of dementia.
I'm taking part in memory of my wonderful Mum, who very sadly passed away in April after having Alzheimer's for more than ten years. Despite the Alzheimer's progressively taking away her memory and ability to do things for herself, she never lost her warm, loving and friendly nature and wicked sense of humour. We miss her terribly but she will stay in our hearts forever.
Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity, dedicated to finding a cure.
Research is our only chance of stopping dementia in its tracks and offering hope to the many families affected.

Hi Stefano My mum passed of dementia. The whole system of provision is shockingly bad. Sorry for your mums loss It's a really hard thing to witness Don't do social media Facebook etc Al Had stem cell transplant in 2022 fighting on Just remember good things, not care homes Socialisme
