I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure because I want to help end the devastation of dementia.
I lost my wonderful Grampy to Alzheimer’s, and witnessing the cruel disease take its toll on my once strong and smart grandad was absolutely devastating. It is a long and painful experience on the sufferers and their families, which is why I’m taking part in this walk to raise money to stop this horrible disease.
