I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure
My sister and I are taking part in Walk For A Cure on September 20th because I want to help end the devastation of dementia.
Our incredible Dad Steve was hit with a diagnosis of vascular dementia at the end of last year meaning his life will be painfully cut short. Anyone who knows our dad knows what a selfless man he is with an incredibly witty sense of humour and the thought of his personality being taken from him is a heartbreaking thought for us all.
Research is the only chance of stopping dementia in its tracks and offering hope to the many families affected and working towards no one else having to experience what our dad and his loved ones are going through.
