I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure
My family have been impacted by the painful effects of dementia and Alzheimer’s. Over the past few years we helplessly witnessed the devastating decline of my Gran and Grandpa, made worse by the spectre of COVID which prevented us from spending valuable time with them when they needed a familiar face the most.
Alzheimer’s is something close to my heart and continued research could lead to real change, so I'm taking part in Hike for a Cure (the 21 mile route) to raise money in the hope that one day we will not have to fear this horrible disease.
Your donation helps scientists and researchers find new ways to diagnose dementia, develop new treatments and find a cure for dementia. Anything you can give means the world to me and my family.
