In memory of Dad 🧡
Sunday 11th MayMyself, along with my sister Lesley, mum Christine and daughter Phoebe, are taking part in the Alzheimer’s research UK walk for a cure, in Birmingham on the 29th June.
My lovely dad, Bob, suffered with Alzheimer’s disease in his later years of his life, which affected all of our lives immensely. Dad sadly passed away from this devastating disease in March 2024.
We want to raise some money for this charity in memory of our wonderful, loving dad, husband and grandad, who is sorely missed everyday.
If nothing changes, one in two of us will be directly affected by dementia – either by developing the condition ourselves, caring for someone with it, or both.
