Walk for a Cure - Poole

I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure

I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure because I've seen how devastating dementia can be—not just for those who live with it, but for the families who lose pieces of their loved ones day by day. I walk with hope in my heart and tears in my eyes, praying for a future where no one has to say goodbye before it's time.

Alzheimer’s Research UK is lighting the way toward that future. Their dedication gives me strength, and together, we can bring an end to this heartbreaking disease.

Your donation will fuel cutting-edge research that could uncover new life-changing treatments, bringing us closer to a cure.

Thank you for your support.

Why I Walk: For Love, For Hope, For a Cure

Wednesday 26th Mar
Every step I take in Walk For A Cure is filled with love, pain, and determination. I walk for the moments stolen by dementia—the names forgotten, the stories lost, and the hugs that no longer feel familiar. I walk for those we’ve lost and those still fighting.

This cause is deeply personal to me. Watching someone you love slowly fade away while they’re still physically here is one of the hardest things a person can endure. But in this walk, I carry their memory. I carry hope.

Alzheimer’s Research UK is leading the fight to stop this cruel disease. With your support, we can help them get closer to a cure—so that one day, no family has to go through this again.

Thank you for standing with me. Every donation, every share, and every kind word matters more than you know.
