Monday 13th Apr
I am taking part in this walk in loving memory of a very special lady, my Nanny Jean.
Dementia is such a cruel illness, taking away loved ones before they're physically gone from us.
I am hoping to help raise much needed funds to help support people living with dementia, as well as their families, in the hope that one day there will be a cure.
