Dementia sucks

As above, and if walking a few miles helps to support research that will form the stepping stones to finding a cure, it's a small price to pay. 

So many of us will be affected by dementia as the population ages, and it's not easy: for the dementia patient or their loved ones. 

I have zero idea if I can actually walk 3 miles, and I suspect walking aids will be necessary for some or all of it, and that I may well be the slowest person there. 😅 But walk or crawl over the finish line, and I suspect it will be the latter, I will cross it. 

If anyone has a couple quid to spare, or even 50p, that would be awesome, and my family and hundreds like us will be so grateful for your contributions.

Cash is tight though for many of us, so we would be equally as grateful if you share my page instead. :)
