Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity, dedicated to finding a cure.

Research is our only chance of stopping dementia in its tracks and offering hope to the many families affected. 

Your donation will fuel cutting-edge research that could uncover new life-changing treatments, bringing us closer to a cure.

Friday 29th May
On 5th July, I’ll be taking part in a Dementia Walk to raise money for Alzheimer's Society, a cause that is incredibly close to my heart.

Twelve years ago, my Nan was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. Just under a year ago, my dad began his unfortunate journey with vascular dementia. Watching them both deteriorate over time, seeing the changes in their memory, personality, and independence, is something I wouldn’t wish on any family.
Dementia doesn’t just impact the person diagnosed; it affects everyone around them. 

I’m doing this walk to help fund vital research, improve support for families, and contribute in any small way towards finding a cure.

If you’re able to donate, no matter how small the amount, it would mean more than you know. And if you can’t donate, simply sharing this post to help raise awareness would be hugely appreciated.
