Walk for a Cure - London

I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure

I am talking on the challenge of walking 5km in honour of my Nanny Jean Wendy Fryer who passed away 19th December 2021.

My Nanny was the best grandparent in the world, she would always give you great advice and make you laugh if you didn’t want to. She would always know what to say when we didn’t feel great and she would always listen.

When my Nanny was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Dementia it crushed me especially when I lost three years with her because of Covid.

I want to do this in her honour and the chance for other families to have a little bit longer with their loved ones and create memories that will last a life time.

Thank you for your support.

My Updates

My amazing Nanny

Friday 25th Apr
My Nanny Jean Wendy Fryer, was the most amazing lady ever, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Dementia she fought for almost 7 years with this disease. She finally lost her battle on the 17th December 2021.

I lost 3 years with my nanny because of Covid-19 and that was very hard as my nanny and I were very close.

So in honour of my Nanny I am walking 5km to hopefully raise enough money for other families to have more time with their loved ones, just like I wish I could’ve done.
