A walk to remember
Sunday 17th May We are walking to raise money for people and loved ones with Alzeihmers, especially our grandad Bob. Watching the disease take over your loved one is hard enough and the impact it has on them and their loved ones is enormous. Grandad was such a larger than life character, always making jokes and injecting life into everything. The disease really affected everything he was but id like to think he knew how loved he was, even in the end. Mum and dad cared for him through everything, supported him in everyway they could and it took a toll on them watching him decline. Nobody should have to go through that. We're walking to raise money for better research, support and eventually treatment options that affect quality of life. Hope to make you proud grandad! Xxxx Share
