We are walking for our Grandma, Great Grandma and Mum to honour all the beautiful times we had with her. We witnessed the heartbreak of her slowly losing her memory and becoming more confused - We know how hard it was to see and hopefully doing this in honour of Grandma we can help others who go through the same journey x
