Walk for a Cure Sunday 30th June

Monday 24th Jun
My late dad had a long & happy life, however he died in heartbreaking circumstances. Research is our only chance of changing the ending for people affected by dementia.

Alzheimer’s Research are the UK's leading dementia research charity and your donation helps their scientists and researchers find new ways to diagnose dementia, develop new treatments and find a cure.

As an oldiwonk myself I can’t do strenuous exercise but I can walk, so on Sunday 30th June I’m going to do the 5k “Walk for a Cure” at Southampton Common in memory of dad. If you can, as they say “buy me (or him) a coffee” please do!
