I’m walking for my late dad ♥️ & celebrating my Birthday 🎂
I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure because I want to help end the devastation of dementia.
My dad passed away a month and was recently diagnosed with dementia.
My mum is suffering pretty badly with dementia too so decided to join in with some friends and celebrate my birthday in style and help a great cause too!
So please don’t buy me any gifts or cards just stick £5 in here that would mean the world to me ♥️
