I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure

I have chosen Alzheimers ‘Walk For A Cure’ because my lovely friend Siobhan Connor whose Dad Patrick Connor, suffers from Alzheimers disease. I met Pat about a year ago and then saw him again recently. The change in him was shocking and very sad to see. So, anybody reading this, please think about donating, even if it’s a small one. I’m walking 5 kilometres on Sunday 30th June 2024. It’s time that we find a cure for Alzheimers disease. For any individual who suffers with it and just as much so for the family and friends who see their loved one gradually deteriorate. They do their best to care for them. It is a massive strain on my friend, Siobhan Connor and Pats partner Elaine. It is mentally exhausting. So, wish me luck for ‘Walk For A Cure’ and I would really appreciate any donations.
