This is being done by all my family and I for the people we have lost and maybe you have lost also.

For us, My Nana Jean, whom I was there until her last day. She had the biggest heart. Was the best at always tiggling your back with her painted nails 💅 done by my one and only Erin 😂 always solved your problems x

Nanny Joan who had the most infectious laugh and a heart of gold 💛 Her love for her family was beautiful. She loved her art and was passionate about her owls and her dog eddy x

There are so many who have lost to dementia. It’s horrible when they start forgetting, forgetting where they live, forgetting who you are and forgetting who they are.

However your love to them until the end never stops with them every step of the way.
