I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure for my Papa
Hello my name is Pippa and I am 8 years old. I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure in Cardiff on Sunday 13th July 2025 with my friend Gwenna as both our families have been affected by dementia. Sadly my Papa passed away in February 2025 from prostate cancer and Lewy Body Dementia. In June 2025, my Mum and Gwenna’s Mum will be walking 26 miles for the Alzheimer’s Society and so Gwenna and I were inspired by our amazing Mums and wanted to do our own sponsored walk.
Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity, dedicated to finding a cure.
So far, Isobel has helped fund 20 hours of essential lab time for our amazing scientists.
