Walk for a Cure - Sefton Park, Liverpool

I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure

I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure because every 3 minutes dementia steals a happily ever after. Research is our only chance of changing the ending for people affected by dementia.

Alzheimer's Research UK are the UK's leading dementia research charity. They exist for a cure.

Your donation helps scientists and researchers find new ways to diagnose dementia, develop new treatments and find a cure for dementia.

My Updates

In hope of better times

Sunday 9th Jun
I’m raising awareness and money to fund much needed research into Alzheimer’s which is a devastating disease. We know far too little about it. My mother Rosemarie Deepwell has been diagnosed with both Alzheimer Disease and vascular dementia and her progressive decline has been rapid. So many others are in the same situation and there is no current protection from it. Please give today so that we might learn more, take better preventative action, delay the decline for those already with the disease and improve their quality of life
