Walking for a Cure for Alzheimer's, Sefton Park, 7th July 2024
Research is our only chance of changing the ending for people affected by dementia.
Alzheimer's Research UK are the UK's leading dementia research charity and their sole purpose is to find a cure.
We're gathering friends and family for this Walk for a Cure event in Sefton Park to raise funds. Your donation helps scientists and researchers find new ways to diagnose dementia, develop new treatments and find a cure for dementia.
Our amazing Mum Joyce has early-stage dementia, predominately Alzheimer's, so we want to try and help others. Like cancer, there's no cure, and it's incredibly sad to watch a loved one go through it.
