What is a blog?

Caring for a parent who suffers with Alzheimer's dementia is a strange experience. Only certain facets of the sufferer's character remain and the relationship that one would anticipate between parent and adult child/carer is skewed.
I've been hoping to get some steps in, towards improving my fitness, on my  Monday morning walk to yoga. However Mum's paid carer is not the best time keeper which means I have driven half way and run the rest. Hope she's on time tomorrow 🙂
