Walk for a Cure - London

I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure

I wanted to share why I'm participating in the Walk For A Cure again this year.

This cause is deeply personal to me, as I am walking in memory of my Granny, Alison, who sadly lost her battle with Alzheimer's. Watching her go through this cruel disease was incredibly heartbreaking. It took away not just her memories, but also the vibrant, loving person she once was.

By participating in this walk, I hope to honor her memory and contribute to the fight against Alzheimer's. The funds raised through this event go towards vital research and support services for those affected by this disease. It is my way of standing up and saying that Alzheimer's cannot and will not define our loved ones.

I am walking for my Gran and for all those who have been affected by this terrible disease. I believe that together, we can make a difference and move closer to a cure.
