We're taking part in Walk For A Cure
On the 4th July 2023 we said goodbye to our beloved Gran/GG after going through the heartbreaking fight of living with dementia.
Nothing will ever prepare you to experience the devastating effects this disease has on a loved one. To see how this disease takes its toll and eats away at a person you love is one of the most heartbreaking experiences we have went through as a family .
On the 23rd June GG’s girls, Rosie, Daisy, Sienna and Savannah alongside their parents will take part in the Walk for a Cure 5k in Edinburgh.
We will walk to remember our amazing Gran/GG and to help raise some money to help find a cure to stop this heartbreaking disease.

We're taking part in Walk For A Cure because every 3 minutes dementia steals a happily ever after. Research is our only chance of changing the ending for people affected by dementia.
Alzheimer's Research UK are the UK's leading dementia research charity. They exist for a cure.
