Monday 13th May My Nan was always such a active lady so fun and wild to be around but the dementia really took a hold of her and the quality of her life, she have it her all to the very last moment, this lady is such an inspiration and holds a special place in my heart so I want to do this to help other on her situations and make her proudThank you to my Sponsors
