I'm taking part in Walk For A Cure my lovely caring Grandad who has been affected by Alzheimer's.
My Grandad Charles who would do anything for anyone and was nothing but a happy, singing joker is now sometimes unrecognisable. Not only that, he now doesn't recognise certain family and friends. It is heartbreaking.
Alzheimer's Research UK are the UK's leading dementia research charity. They exist for a cure.
