Join Alzheimer's Research UK at one of three brand-new locations for Walk For A Cure 2023. Enjoy an inclusive event village at each location, and a place to talk to others before and after your walk.

Lee Valley Park

London, Saturday 8 July 2023

Lee Valley Park is a beautiful, 10,000 acre regional park situated between London, Essex and Hertfordshire, and is London's biggest green space. Starting from the Lee Valley Showground (Lee Valley White Water Centre End) , Walk For A Cure is a 5km walk through this stunning site, and is a flat and accessible route, suitable for the whole family.

The Stray

Harrogate, Sunday 23 July 2023

The Stray is one of Harrogate’s best known landmarks, with 200 acres of grass parkland which encompasses the town centre. This green park is known for its beautiful blossom season and wild flowers. Starting from Stray Rein in the centre of the park, Walk For A Cure is a family friendly 4.7k walk on mixed terrain through this well-loved park.

Holyrood Park

Edinburgh, Sunday 30 July 2023

Holyrood Park is one of Edinburgh’s most naturally beautiful locations, home to Arthurs Seat, an ancient volcano, and many other historical natural landmarks. Starting along Queen’s Drive near Holyrood car park, Walk For A Cure Edinburgh is a mixed terrain 5k route. This event is accessible to all but does have a mix of hills and flat stretches.
